Sekuro Asia - An Insight Company is seeking an experienced MES Engineer to design, implement, and optimize MES solutions in a high-volume electronics manufacturing setting in Singapore. Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java or C# is a plus.
• Experience with database management and maintenance (Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, MySQL).
• Proven MES development, integration, deployment, and optimization in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of MES modules, Oracle databases, and system integration architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement MES solutions to optimize production processes and improve productivity.
• Continuously improve MES functionalities to ensure high system availability.
• Develop, manage, and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
• Lead MES initiatives end-to-end, including scope, schedule, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor MES performance and implement preventive actions to reduce downtime.
• Perform MES maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and IT to align MES with business objectives.
• Provide remote MES support from Singapore to global sites.
• Lead MES deployment, configuration, customization, and upgrades.
• Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, and other IT systems for data flow.
• Drive Industry 4.0 and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and end-user training.
• Ensure MES data integrity and cybersecurity compliance.
