GENPACT CONSULTING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Shopfloor Digitalization & IT/OT Connectivity specialist to collaborate with manufacturing and IT teams to enable data flow and digital solutions across production operations.

You will bridge shopfloor operations with OT and enterprise IT platforms, identify transformation opportunities, and drive automation, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows to improve visibility and decision-making in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a shopfloor application SME.
Experience supporting enterprise or manufacturing-related applications.
Understanding of manufacturing systems such as MES.
Ability to troubleshoot industrial networks and machine connectivity issues.

Responsabilités

Collaborate with shopfloor, automation, process, and IT teams to implement digital solutions.
Bridge shopfloor ops, OT systems, and enterprise IT for data flow and visibility.
Identify digital transformation opportunities across production, quality, maintenance, and material movement activities.
Design and implement integration of shopfloor systems, enterprise apps, cloud platforms, and digital tools.
Ensure reliable and scalable data exchange across manufacturing and enterprise systems.
Enable real-time visibility with connected systems and dashboards.
Digitize manual operational activities through automation and workflows.
Support AI-driven, predictive insights, anomaly detection, and autonomous recommendations.
