Job summary

Housing & Development Board is seeking a meticulous and analytical professional to join the Digital Retail Solutions team in Singapore. You will maintain and enhance outsourced ICT systems such as the Tenancy Management System, RetailerLink, and ShopperLink to support HDB commercial activities.

The role focuses on design, maintenance, and enhancement of core digital platforms, collaboration with vendors and internal teams, and driving innovative digital initiatives to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

Bachelor or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
Strong analytical and written communication skills.
Experience or familiarity with ICT systems for retail environments is a plus.
Background in real estate or property domain is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for system maintenance and enhancements.
Design, enhance, and maintain Tenancy Management System across its lifecycle.
Design, enhance, and maintain ShopperLink to support campaigns and promotions.
Design, enhance, and maintain RetailerLink to digitalise customer-facing e-Services.
Lead digital ideas and initiatives to improve customer experience at HDB malls.
Re-engineer processes with stakeholders to develop future-ready retail ICT solutions.
Build and nurture relationships with partners and stakeholders to enable effective collaboration.
