Job summary
NTU Singapore is seeking a Manager, Digital Optimization to lead the optimization of the Housing Management System and drive AI-enabled transformation across the Office of Campus Housing. You will manage data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and vendor partnerships, delivering scalable, user-centric digital solutions and continuous improvement.
This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with Generative AI and automation.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering or related.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience across Operations, IT, Finance or HR.
- At least 2 years in a managerial role with leadership and stakeholder management.
- Experience applying AI and automation to improve processes and services.
Responsibilities
- Lead optimization of the Housing Management System and related platforms.
- Provide data analysis and insights for stakeholders and reports.
- Govern and update housing content across NTU websites and intranet.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure reliable service delivery.
- Champion digital transformation, AI adoption and continuous improvement.
