Job summary

HDB Housing & Development Board is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Digital Retail Solutions team in Singapore. You will maintain, enhance and integrate ICT systems like the Tenancy Management System, ShopperLink and RetailerLink to support HDB commercial activities.

The role emphasizes meticulous, independent work, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with tenants, government agencies and vendors to deliver future-ready retail ICT

Qualifications

Extremely meticulous, resourceful and independent candidate.
Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Background in real estate management is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members, internal customers, tenants/owners and external vendors for system maintenance and enhancements.
Design, enhance and maintain the Tenancy Management System across its lifecycle.
Design, enhance and maintain ShopperLink to support campaigns and promotions.
Design, enhance and maintain RetailerLink for digital customer-facing e-Services.
Generate innovative digital ideas and implement initiatives to improve customer experience for HDB malls.
Lead process re-engineering with stakeholders to develop future-ready retail solutions.
Cultivate relationships with partners and stakeholders to drive engagement.
