Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Product Management, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, or a similar hybrid role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to collaborate with our technical team.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility to optimize digital flows and remove friction points.

• Act as bridge between Singapore business team and overseas technical development team.
• Lead digitisation of end-to-end loan application journey across mobile app, web, and in-store digital touchpoints.
• Design and optimize UI/UX for mobile apps and digital loan platforms to maximise conversions.
• Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and book appointments.
• Assist Marketing Manager with social media, content, and campaign support.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design, copywriting, and workflow optimization.
• Troubleshoot digital bottlenecks and support lead-to-sales pipeline.
