Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking a digital product professional to contribute towards optimisation of SWDA's digital portals and engagement, using data-driven insights to deliver meaningful user outcomes. You will help shape product strategy and collaborate with developers to ensure performance and maintainability of portals.

The role requires 3+ years in digital product management or related fields, experience in agile environments, and the ability to translate user needs into a clear product

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital product management, business analysis, UX/UI design, and/or web development.
• Experience as a product owner in cross-functional Agile teams; drive a product from ideation to delivery.
• Ability to define product vision, manage a backlog, and prioritise decisions balancing user value, business impact, and technical constraints.
• Proficient in analysing qualitative and quantitative data to surface actionable insights and measure product outcomes.
• Knowledge of front-end programming languages and frameworks; can engage in code reviews and technical discussions.
• User-centric approach to audit and roadmap development to identify value-add for key user segments.
• Collaborative team player with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics), SQL, and UI design tools (Figma).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the product roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Define and track product success metrics (user engagement, conversion funnels, retention) to inform iteration.
• Partner with the development team to review front-end tech stack and assess code quality for portal performance.
• Propose and validate feature enhancements supported by UX assessments, user research, and usability testing.
• Collaborate across internal and external project managers and stakeholders to deliver improvements iteratively.
• Create simple design prototypes to facilitate communication and alignment of proposed enhancements.
