Job summary

Sport Singapore seeks a capable professional to oversee digital platform operations, ensure reliability, and support platform enhancements. You will coordinate project timelines with vendors, analyze performance data, and help manage CMS/CRM aspects to improve user experience.

The role involves governance of digital assets, documentation, and ongoing optimization based on analytics, with a 12-month fixed-term contract and a focus on delivering accessible, high-quality digital services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital platform operations, website management, CRM administration or digital product/project management.
• Experience coordinating digital enhancement projects with vendors.
• Experience analysing website performance and recommending improvements using digital analytics.
• Knowledge of CMS and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Good stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.

What you will be working on:

1. Digital Platform Operations & Service Reliability
   • Support the management and day-to-day operations of the organisation's digital platforms, ensuring the reliability, availability and performance of digital services.
   • Support the maintenance of operational standards, governance and service management processes to ensure compliance with organisational policies, accessibility requirements and digital best practices.
   • Support the implementation of website monitoring, quality assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure platform enhancements meet business and technical requirements prior to deployment.
2. Platform Enhancement, Governance & Continuous Improvement
   • Assist in the delivery of digital projects by coordinating project timelines, vendor performance, budgets (where applicable) and stakeholder expectations.
   • Research and support the evaluation of emerging digital technologies and provide recommendations on potential solutions that strengthen platform capabilities and improve user experience.
   • Support migration of websites, cloud repositories and digital assets.
3. Digital Performance, Analytics & User Experience
   • Monitor digital platform performance through analytics, WOGAA insights, customer feedback and user behaviour to identify trends, operational risks and opportunities for service improvement.
   • Support governance of website content, information architecture and digital assets, including the review of inactive webpages, redirect strategies and SEO best practices to maintain an effective and sustainable digital presence.
   • Provide recommendations based on analytics and user insights to improve digital performance, user experience and platform effectiveness.
4. Digital Asset & Knowledge Management
   • Support the development and maintenance of documentation standards, operational procedures and governance frameworks to support the effective management of digital platforms.
   • Maintain and coordinate the periodic review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, technical documentation and operational playbooks are maintained, reviewed and updated.

What we are looking for:

• Related qualification in IT, Digital Media, Digital Business, Communications or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital platform operations, website management, CRM administration or digital product/project management
• Experience in working with vendors and coordinating digital enhancement projects.
• Experience in analysing website performance and recommending improvements using digital analytics.
• Experience in supporting website migrations, CMS administration or digital transformation initiatives would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of digital platform and tools such as Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external vendors.
