Job summary

We expect 3+ years in digital/brand marketing, hands-on strategy, and familiarity with CRM tools. This role collaborates with agencies and local teams to optimise lead conversion and traffic.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital/brand marketing, with e-commerce exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, social media, and content marketing with ROI tracking.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, as well as CRM and digital tools.
• Proactive, hands-on, commercially minded; experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, or related consumer sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media, content, and community engagement to strengthen brand awareness and drive digital traffic.
• Coordinate performance marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, paid media, and digital campaigns, working closely with external agencies.
• Manage online sales inquiries and e-commerce channels, driving lead conversion and marketplace operations.
• Plan and execute digital promotions and develop/localise marketing assets to drive engagement and online sales.
• Align digital marketing initiatives with offline retail and roadshow activities to deliver an integrated customer journey.
