As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of digital learning solution initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage cutting-edge learning technologies with AI-enabled capabilities that enhance training effectiveness and elevate learner engagement across diverse client sectors.

• Support the leadership in formulating and driving the strategic direction of digital learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of learning technology solutions including Learning platforms, Talent Management Systems and digital content.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions that leverage emerging technologies such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and AI-based learning tools.
• Analyze learning program effectiveness using data analytics and feedback mechanisms to recommend continuous improvements.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage procurement processes for learning technologies and services.
• Support the planning and implementation of AI-enabled learning capabilities, including intelligent search, personalised learning recommendations, virtual assistants, learning analytics, and generative AI features.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to upskill internal teams and ensure adoption of new digital tools.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and corporate policies in the development and deployment of digital learning solutions.
