Job summary

DLE M&E PTE. LTD. invites an Executive to drive Digital Innovation & AI initiatives across the organization in Singapore. The role focuses on streamlining processes, driving system adoption, and improving operational efficiency through AI and digital tools.

You will translate business needs into practical digital solutions, coordinate with IT and vendors, and support knowledge management and training to ensure successful rollout and adoption of new workflows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital projects, process improvement, or systems support.
• Familiarity with coding/programming such as Python, ERP systems, workflow tools, or automation platforms will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of process mapping (flowcharts, SOPs)
• Comfortable working with data (Excel, reports, dashboards)

Responsibilities

• Support ERP and digital tools adoption across departments and ensure smooth rollout.
• Gather user requirements, document business needs, and create simple process flows for enhancements.
• Participate in basic system testing, UAT, and validation of digital tools against workflows.
• Coordinate with end-users, IT, and vendors for issue tracking and enhancements.
• Maintain data quality, identify duplicates, and propose process improvements.
• Support digital twin initiatives and asset data coordination for performance insights.
• Document SOPs, workflows, and maintain a central knowledge base.
