Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year digital roadmap aligned with Singapore's Construction ITM.
• Deploy AI-driven solutions for predictive maintenance and risk assessment.
• Redesign workflows using BIM and VDC to ensure seamless data flow from office to site.
• Oversee adoption of IoT, robotics, and drone tech to enhance site safety and progress monitoring.
• Lead change management to upskill workforce and transition to automated processes.
