Job summary

SingHealth's Digital Health Readiness (DHR) team seeks an Assistant Manager to organise training logistics, materials, and facilities, ensuring sessions run smoothly and safely. You will coordinate trainer rosters, onboarding, and participant registration, while generating attendance and effectiveness reports for stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with preference for candidates experienced in LMS platforms and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; fresh grads welcome, or 2+ years in training administration/operations coordination.
• Experience with LMS or training platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in data reporting using Excel/Tableau/SharePoint is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage training logistics, materials, equipment, catering, and post-session clearance.
• Coordinate trainer scheduling, roster maintenance, and onboarding of new trainers.
• Oversee participant registration, waitlists, attendance tracking, and reporting on training metrics.
• Support stakeholder engagement and create communication materials for updates and progress.
