Job summary

National University Health System is seeking a senior delivery lead to manage the CDSS workstream within Singapore’s public healthcare program. You will collaborate with MOHT, clinicians, and IT to translate clinical workflows into product requirements, drive development, and oversee POC deployments in polyclinics.

The role demands 8–12 years in digital health program delivery, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IS, Public Health or related.
• 8–12 years in project management, product development or digital health.
• Public healthcare or multi-institutional experience preferred.
• Experience leading delivery teams and managing complex programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management across clinical, technical, and policy domains.
• Ability to translate clinical workflows into product strategy and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall delivery of the CDSS workstream, aligning with objectives, timelines and milestones.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across public healthcare clusters, MOHT, clinicians and informatics teams.
• Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Coordinate integration with national systems (NGEMR, NeHR, data platforms).
• Oversee UAT and deployment readiness; guide implementation strategies for POC in polyclinics.
• Report progress and risks to governance stakeholders; drive iterative improvements from clinical feedback.
• Lead delivery teams and set priorities, execution and issue resolution.
