Job summary

The Smart Nation Group – Digital Government (SNDG) within the Singapore Government invites a dynamic policy and planning professional to shape digital government initiatives. You will work on policy development, strategic planning and cross‑agency collaboration across ministries.

Qualifications

At least 3-5 years of experience in technology policy, public policy, strategic planning, or a related field.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to present recommendations to senior management effectively.
Understanding of tech trends and their societal and regulatory implications.
Experience in product management or developing digital products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Formulate and implement policies to enhance digital product development across government agencies.
Develop frameworks for responsible technology adoption and risk management in digitalisation.
Analyse emerging technological trends and their policy implications.
Contribute to the implementation of the Digital Government Blueprint and support planning for ministries.
