Qualifications
- Experience in policy and strategy, data governance, and capability building.
- Experience leading a team at Assistant Director level.
- Public service experience or alignment with values would be useful.
- Qualifications in public policy, business, law, CS, data analytics or engineering.
Responsibilities
- Develop capabilities of the public sector data workforce through training and learning interventions.
- Deepen cross‑agency learning and capability uplift via communities of practice.
- Work with agencies to address governance challenges and co-develop learnings for government use.
- Partner agencies to extract good data governance practices for WOG learning.
- Shape career pathways through competency frameworks and structured progression routes.
