Job summary
Housing and Development Board invites a Digital Delivery Specialist to drive ICT product planning, governance and delivery across the Building Cluster. You will partner with business users, software engineers, solution architects and vendors to deliver scalable ICT solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and standards.
You will lead end-to-end product management from discovery to implementation, ensuring adoption and continuous improvement, and you will monitor performance and drive value
Qualifications
- Background in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline with 5+ years in product management, business analysis, digital transformation or programme management.
- Ability to engage with technical teams and vendors, understanding system architecture, cloud, data standards and governance.
- Experience supporting data governance and policy standards, strong communication and stakeholder skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage ICT product portfolio with roadmaps and governance aligned to objectives.
- Lead end-to-end product management from discovery to adoption and enhancement with architects and engineers.
- Translate business needs into product requirements and digital solutions.
- Support governance processes, data standards, and policy compliance.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback and drive improvements using emerging tech.
