The Building Cluster (BC) ICT Management Section drives the planning, governance and management of ICT solutions supporting HDB's Building Cluster. We work closely with business groups, ICT partners and external stakeholders to plan, develop and deliver digital products and ICT solutions that support HDB's digitalisation efforts across planning, design, construction, project delivery and operations. As a Digital Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in planning and managing the Building Cluster's ICT product portfolio, driving the delivery of digital products and platforms, and ensuring ICT initiatives are aligned with business priorities, enterprise architecture and governance requirements. You will work closely with business users, software engineers, solution architects and vendors to deliver innovative, scalable and sustainable ICT solutions.
RequirementsBackground in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, programme management or related fields. Good appreciation of technology concepts such as system architecture, cloud, data standards, data governance and systems integration, sufficient to engage meaningfully with technical teams and vendors without needing to be the technical authority. Familiarity with knowledge management practices and experience supporting data or ICT governance processes, including policy and standards development. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate between business needs and technical solutions. Experience in Agile delivery, the Built Environment sector, or ICT portfolio and programme management will be an advantage. The successful candidate will be offered a 1+1 year contract. Subject to the department's needs and the individual's performance, there may be opportunities for contract renewal or conversion to a permanent position.
