Job summary

Glodon Company Limited is seeking an experienced customer consultant in Singapore to help clients establish cost databases, optimize cost management workflows, and deliver training on digital construction tools. You will translate client needs into practical digital solutions and collaborate with product and sales teams to enhance adoption and long-term success.

The role requires 5+ years in quantity surveying or cost management, strong communication, and proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related construction cost consulting.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimating, BOQ, cost databases, and cost management processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging customers.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and consulting abilities.
• Fast learner with interest in digital transformation, software, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Experience delivering customer training and consulting sessions.
• Proficient in spoken and written English & Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in establishing and maintaining enterprise cost databases using our software solutions.
• Understand customers' business processes and provide consulting services to optimize their cost management workflows.
• Deliver product training, implementation guidance, and best practice recommendations.
• Provide day-to-day customer support, including technical guidance, product Q&A, and issue resolution.
• Work closely with customers to improve software adoption and long-term success.
• Conduct business requirement analysis and translate customer needs into practical digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and marketing teams to improve customer experience and identify product enhancement opportunities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, digital construction technologies, and AI-driven solutions.
