Responsibilities

• Maintain contract communications records and digital filing (Cloud/local).
• Assist in digital quantity take-offs and cost analysis; lead procurement efforts and price comparisons.
• Support payment certification processes and final accounts.
• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders and subcontractor claims.
