Job summary

LeapThought Asia is seeking a passionate digital construction product specialist to join our growing team of product evangelists in Southeast Asia. You will engage with clients, demonstrate BIM and project management tools, and design solutions that transform construction workflows.

You will work with cross-functional teams across product management, software development, and sales to deliver value, gather feedback, and drive adoption of our next-generation digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in civil/structural engineering, M&E and architectural or related disciplines.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Understanding of site, project or design management through a project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to assess needs and identify digital transformation opportunities in construction.
• Demonstrate digital construction products (BIM, project management tools) and present value propositions.
• Design customized solutions and develop proposals communicating benefits.
• Lead implementation plans and train client teams on new tools.
• Manage projects to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Monitor outcomes and suggest improvements for ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align solutions.
• Document project progress and prepare client-facing reports.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support pre-sales activities and market trends analysis.
