Qualifications

Degree or diploma in civil/structural engineering, M&E or architecture.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Understanding of site, project, or design management through project life cycle.

Responsibilities

Client engagement and needs assessment across construction processes for digital transformation.
Product knowledge and demonstration of BIM software, project management tools, and digital twins.
Design customized solutions and develop proposals communicating value of the proposed solutions.
Lead implementation and integration ensuring smooth workflow and training for client teams.
Manage projects to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and measurable impact.
Gather client feedback and stay updated on digital construction trends and innovations.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align client solutions.
Document project interactions, plans, and progress for stakeholders.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for digital product deployments.
Assist sales with pre-sales activities and market trend analysis.
