Job summary

Degree holder required.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Agency's business teams to elicit citizen/business needs using human-centric, visual methods and develop the appropriate business case.
Develop user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria with GovTech project teams.
Evaluate and recommend suitable technology aligned with GovTech directions (cloud, enterprise architecture, SG Tech Stack).
Identify and adopt appropriate development methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) in outsourced, co-sourced or in-house environments.
Ensure system readiness for deployment, adoption and ongoing operations.
Analyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to address evolving business needs; collaborate with Operations & Maintenance.
Assist the CIO to identify new opportunities for digital transformation.
