NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business objectives into clear requirements and support digital transformation initiatives within government and large-scale enterprise projects.

The role collaborates with product managers, solution architects and developers to deliver practical, scalable solutions, refine backlogs, and validate through SIT and UAT to ensure delivery aligns with business needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, digital transformation, product delivery or system implementation.
• Experience in software development projects, requirements management and translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product development practices and backlog management.
• Experience in SIT, UAT and coordinating system implementation activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively with business and technical teams, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Experience in government projects or large-scale enterprise system implementations will be advantageous.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Product Management or Process Improvement will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Engage stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges and policy requirements, and translate them into clear business and functional requirements.
• Develop user stories, process flows, functional specifications and acceptance criteria to guide solution development.
• Analyse existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimisation, standardisation and automation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, solution architects and technical teams to evaluate business needs and develop practical, scalable solutions.
• Support Agile delivery by refining product backlogs, clarifying requirements and resolving business-related issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop test scenarios and test cases, and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solution functionality.
• Support defect investigation, resolution and verification to ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements.
• Coordinate implementation readiness, stakeholder communications, training and user adoption activities.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and user feedback, identify enhancement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare project updates, highlight risks and issues, and document lessons learnt to improve delivery effectiveness.
