Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman is seeking a Business Analyst for an urgent public sector project on a contract basis in Singapore. The right candidate will bring 3–5 years of BA experience, strong requirements elicitation, and a track record in digital transformation and delivery lifecycle support.

You will translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria, coordinating with stakeholders to align solutions and drive improvements, with swift availability within the next month.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as Business Analysis, digital transformation, product delivery, or system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Proven ability to elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Strong experience translating business needs into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting software or digital product development projects across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in process analysis, optimisation, and solution design to drive business improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to drive alignment and deliver business-focused solutions.

Requirements:
