Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst to drive digital transformation projects for Singapore Government agencies. The role blends requirements elicitation, user-story development, and close collaboration with UX and QA teams in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate into user stories.
• Analyze requirements to support design, testing and business processes.
• Elaborate user stories with storyboard, story map, wireframes and acceptance criteria.
• Work with UX designers on research activities (workshops and usability testing).
• Coordinate and monitor UAT with Quality Assurance and business users.

Our Digital Transformation team is looking for an experienced Product Owner/Business Analyst to drive our digitalization projects for Singapore Government agencies.

• Salary up to $10,000 + AWS
• Up to 21 days of Annual Leave, Birthday off, etc

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements and translate them into user-stories.
2. Analyze requirements to drive the design or review of test cases/business model/processes.
3. Elaborate user stories with storyboard, story map, wireframes, business process flow and acceptance criteria.
4. Working closely with UX designers to plan and organize research activities such as product conceptualization workshops and usability testing.
5. Engage with Quality Engineer and business users to plan UAT, coordinates and monitor progress and acceptance of UAT.

Requirements:

• min. Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any relevant discipline
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Strong communicator and good in stakeholder management
