Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Product Ops Manager to drive digitalization projects for Singapore Government agencies. The role combines product, data, and operations to deliver impactful government solutions in a hybrid work setting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage requirements, and oversee delivery, budgets, and governance. The position offers a salary up to SGD 10,000 plus AWS and up to 21 days of annual leave, with birthday off and other benefits.

We are looking for an experienced Product Ops Manager to participate in our digitalization projects for Singapore Government agencies.

• Salary up to $10,000 + AWS
• Up to 21 days of Annual Leave, Birthday off, etc

Responsibilities:

1. Support the management and delivery of digital products, platforms, and transformation initiatives.
2. Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
3. Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and agencies to drive product outcomes.
4. Manage product schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance reporting.
5. Prepare and submit project funding papers, business cases, and approval documents to support budgeting and investment decisions.
6. Support procurement activities, contract administration, vendor management, and monitoring of project deliverables and milestones.
7. Support system operations, incident management, service improvement, and release activities.
8. Facilitate workshops, user engagement sessions, testing, training, and change management activities.

Requirements:

• Possess strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, problem-solving, product management, and project management skills.
• Experience with data platforms, data analytics, data governance, data integration, cloud-based data solutions (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure), and hands-on experience in AI/Generative AI initiatives and Power automate, including solution evaluation, prototyping, or implementation.
