Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a GCFS Digital Business Intern to join the Digital Business & Transformation team in Singapore. You will gain hands-on exposure to digital product management, agile ways of working, customer journey design, and data-driven decision-making while contributing to initiatives that enhance the OCBC digital banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Digital Product Support: collaborate with Product Owners to support development of digital capabilities and experiences.
• Initiative Management: assist day-to-day management of in-flight projects and initiatives with stakeholder coordination.
• Data & Analytics: leverage insights to support acquisition, engagement and cross-sell opportunities.
• Customer Journey & Experience Design: contribute to improvements in journeys, UX, and digital interactions.
• Market Research: explore industry trends and opportunities for innovation.
• Agile Delivery: participate in planning, prioritisation, testing, and delivery activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with business, technology, design and operations teams.
• Ad-hoc Projects: support digital initiatives and transformation projects as needed.
