Responsibilities

• Digital Wealth Campaigns: support the design, planning, and execution of initiatives that drive digital wealth sales and customer adoption.
• Data Analytics & Insights: analyse customer, campaign, and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Marketing Strategy Support: collaborate with stakeholders to develop targeted campaigns and customer engagement strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Customer Growth Initiatives: support efforts to increase customer participation and activity across OCBC's digital wealth platforms.
• Performance Monitoring: track campaign effectiveness and business performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Market Research: conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, competitor offerings, and opportunities in the digital wealth landscape.
