Job summary

Forte Employment Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Digital Ambassador to enhance the customer banking experience by guiding digital solutions and providing proactive support. This is a 1-year contract based in Orchard, with working hours from 9am to 6pm, five days a week.

You will assist clients with mobile and online banking, digital payments including PayNow, and other self-service features, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Client Advisors.

Qualifications

• Banking or financial services experience.
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms and self-service features.
• Experience handling inquiries via phone, email, or digital channels.
• Singaporean status required.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients on mobile banking, online banking, and digital payments.
• Troubleshoot basic digital banking issues and resolve promptly.
• Educate clients on digital features and encourage self-service adoption.
• Deliver professional customer service primarily by phone.
• Assist Client Advisors with digital-related inquiries and administrative tasks.
