Job summary

Avanade is seeking an APAC Integrated Communications Lead based in Singapore to partner with the APAC President and regional leadership. You will own the APAC communications plan across internal and external audiences, directing specialist teams and agencies across media relations, thought leadership and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 8 years of communications experience, ideally in both in-house and agency environments.
• Strong executive communications experience with advising senior leaders.
• Proven ability to design and implement integrated communications strategies with a digital and content focus.
• Experience across multiple communications disciplines and stakeholder types: media, analysts, employees, government and industry bodies.
• Experience in enterprise technology, consulting, AI, cloud or digital transformation organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated communications lead for the APAC President—owning internal and external communications plans.
• Draft talking points, scripts, keynote messaging and briefing materials for key engagements.
• Manage APAC President's social media presence across LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Own the APAC integrated communications plan, mapping activities against priorities and market moments.
• Translate global strategy into locally relevant APAC messages and campaigns.
• Oversee regional media relations strategy and develop thought leadership and event opportunities.
• Drive employee communications through Viva Engage and all-hands events, collaborating with HR.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Microsoft and agencies to amplify client stories.
