Job summary

NinjaOne in Singapore is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join the global Platform Engineering team, supporting production deployments and advancing our deployment platform.

You will lead deployment engineering, automation, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, SRE, QA, and Security, in a hybrid Singapore-based role.

This role emphasizes reliability, scalability, and rapid delivery across our SaaS environment with a focus on automation and best practices.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in DevOps and Platform Engineering.
• Led technical initiatives and mentored engineers.
• Experience automating production deployments in cloud environments.
• Extensive experience building enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with IaC using Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with artifact repos like JFrog Artifactory.
• Strong Git workflows and release management.
• Scripting in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead production deployments and release operations.
• Develop deployment standards, rollback plans, and runbooks.
• Drive CI/CD modernization with CircleCI and related tools.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and collaborate with Platform teams.
• Partner with Architecture and Security on platform initiatives.
