Job summary

NinjaOne, LLC is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Singapore-based Platform Engineering team. You will help manage production deployments, build automated delivery platforms, and collaborate with US and Singapore teams to improve reliability and speed of software releases.

You’ll design scalable CI/CD workflows, implement IaC, and optimize release processes, with a focus on security, automation, and operational excellence across global environments.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Build & Release Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or related fields.
• Strong experience supporting and automating production software deployments in cloud environments.
• Deep expertise building enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Strong scripting or programming experience using Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Cover production deployments and release operations across the SaaS platform with global coverage.
• Design and implement automated deployment solutions to improve speed and reliability.
• Develop reusable deployment frameworks and self-service deployment capabilities.
• Migrate and modernize CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deployment readiness and post-release reviews.
