Job summary

NinjaOne in Singapore is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the global Platform Engineering team. You will share ownership of production deployment operations and design automated deployment solutions to improve speed, reliability, and security across the SaaS platform.

This hands-on role requires 5-7+ years of DevOps/Platform Experience and deep CI/CD expertise with CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Build & Release Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or related disciplines.
• Strong experience supporting and automating production software deployments in cloud environments.
• Deep expertise building enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Experience managing artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory.
• Experience designing deployment automation, release orchestration, and software delivery workflows.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, pull request processes, and release management.
• Strong scripting or programming experience using Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Cover planning, coordination, and execution of software deployments into production environments with high availability and minimal downtime.
• Share ownership of production deployment operations with the US Platform Engineering team for global coverage.
• Coordinate with Engineering, SRE, QA, Release Managers, and Product teams for production releases, maintenance, and emergency deployments.
• Develop and maintain deployment standards, release readiness processes, rollback procedures, and operational playbooks.
• Contribute to post-release reviews and drive improvements in deployment reliability and risk reduction.
• Serve as escalation point during complex deployments and critical release activities.
• Design and implement automated deployment solutions that improve speed, consistency, and reliability.
• Build reusable deployment frameworks and self-service deployment capabilities.
• Develop CI/CD modernization initiatives using CircleCI and related technologies.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational work.
