Job summary

NinjaOne in Singapore is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the global Platform Engineering group. You will collaborate with the US team to support production deployments and advance our automated delivery platform.

This hands‑on role focuses on deployment engineering and automation, building scalable CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring reliable releases across our SaaS services. A strong background in cloud infra, IaC, and scripting is essential for cross‑functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in DevOps/Platform Eng/Build & Release or similar roles.
• Strong experience in automating production deployments across cloud environments.
• Deep expertise building enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines with CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Experience managing artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory.
• Strong scripting or programming experience in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Cover planning, coordination, and execution of production deployments for reliable releases.
• Share ownership of deployment operations with global teams for continuity.
• Coordinate with engineering, SRE, QA, and product teams for release readiness and maintenance windows.
• Develop and maintain deployment standards, runbooks, and rollback procedures.
• Contribute to post-release reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as escalation point during complex deployments.
