Job summary

NinjaOne’s Singapore team welcomes a Lead DevOps Engineer to strengthen our global Platform Engineering organization. You will partner with the US team to design and operate scalable deployment platforms that support reliable software releases across our SaaS platform.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll own production deployment planning, build automated delivery pipelines, mentor engineers, and drive CI/CD modernization using CircleCI and related tools.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years, DevOps/Platform Engineering, Cloud infra experience.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Strong experience with production deployments in cloud environments.
• Proficient in building enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with IaC tools and artifact repos.
• Strong scripting (Python/Go/Bash) and Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of production deployments with high availability.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure deployment readiness and communications.
• Develop deployment standards, rollback procedures, and playbooks.
• Lead CI/CD modernization initiatives using CircleCI and related tools.
• Design automated deployment solutions to reduce manual work.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and promote best practices.
