The Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) at the National University of Singapore invites applications for a Manager (Development). The role focuses on strengthening fundraising and donor relations to support IPS priorities and flagship projects.

Responsibilities include managing a donor portfolio, developing compelling proposals, and coordinating corporate partnerships. You will work with leadership and research teams to grow giving through campaigns, events and targeted cultivation plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of fundraising, donor relations or advancement experience.
• Proven track record securing gifts and managing donor portfolios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to develop persuasive proposals.
• Confident representing the Institute in donor engagements and partnerships.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strategic, analytical, results-oriented and well-organized.
• Experience using CRM and donor management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel/Word/Access.

Responsabilités

• Support the management and execution of IPS fundraising strategy.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward gifts to advance IPS priorities.
• Manage a portfolio of IPS donors and prospects, achieving targets.
• Partner with leadership and researchers to engage donors with tailored plans.
• Build and maintain donor pipeline through prospect research and qualification.
• Support Corporate Associates Programme events and donor value enhancements.
• Drive fundraising through IPS projects, campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams on administration, gift processing and governance.
