The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and several years in donor relations or event management, with strong English communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Arts, Social Sciences, Mass Communications, Business or related field.
• 3+ years for Assistant Manager; 5–6 years for Manager in donor relations, stakeholder engagement or event management.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; strong interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organized, meticulous and methodical with strong administrative capabilities.
• Self-motivated, collaborative and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the IPS Corporate Associates Programme, driving improvements and initiatives for corporate donors.
• Plan and execute donor events end-to-end, including budgeting, procurement, speaker liaison, registrations and post-event follow-up.
• Drive donor acquisition, retention and renewals; prepare appeal materials, process gifts and monitor campaigns.
• Maintain accurate donor records and event databases; assist with reports and basic research on prospective organisations.
