Job summary

Alphaeus Pte Ltd is seeking an EUCD Subject Matter Expert / Trainer to create and maintain training documents supporting desktop engineers in EUCD processes, ensuring efficient delivery of desktop services to end users.

You will provide technical guidance, conduct trainings, drive process improvements, and communicate with stakeholders. The role requires leadership in a team and becoming the go-to expert for a product or domain.

Qualifications

• Min. ITE/Diploma graduate with 5 years experience in desktop support.
• Min 5 years experience in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Possess at least one of the following certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate; Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate; and Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate.
• Previous IT helpdesk and/or call centre support experience, including remote support via telephone or remote tools.
• Demonstrate knowledge in support of workstations and related components.
• Good coordination skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work with urgency.
• Effective communication with teammates and managers.
• Senior Desktop Engineer who is keen for this role will be considered as well.
• Location: Bedok, AMK and other possible locations for training purposes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain desktop SOPs, training material and documentation.
• Plan, coordinate, and prioritize training activities for desktop support requests and incidents.
• Serve as the primary contact for escalated technical issues and complex resolutions.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to align desktop support with IT strategies.
• Monitor and report on training outcomes and improve materials.
• Provide expertise to Center of Excellence to build tools to improve KPIs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in desktop support.
