ALPHAEUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an EUCD Subject Matter Expert and Trainer to create and maintain training documents for desktop engineers, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of end-user support.

You will provide technical guidance, lead trainings, and act as the go-to person for a specific product or domain, driving process improvements and aligning desktop services with IT strategies. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and staying current with industry trends to

Qualifications

5+ years of desktop support experience.
5 years in Windows 10 and Office 365.
Certifications: Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure Administrator, Azure Security Engineer.
Previous IT helpdesk experience, including remote support.
Knowledge of workstations hardware and components.
Strong coordination, prioritization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain desktop SOPs, training materials and documentation.
Plan, coordinate, and prioritize trainings for desktop support requests and incidents.
Serve as primary contact for escalated technical issues.
Collaborate with other IT teams to align desktop support with IT strategies.
Monitor training outcomes and improve materials.
Provide expertise to Center of Excellence to build tools for KPIs.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in desktop support and service management.
