Job summary

Dreamcore is a Singapore-based PC company seeking a PC Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting, and manage support cases from start to resolution. You will communicate clearly with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time and on-site in Singapore, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and technical ownership.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in custom PC building or repair.
• Experience in IT helpdesk or desktop support.
• Familiarity with RMA/warranty processes.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles.
• Knowledge of CRM like HubSpot.
• Networking and peripherals troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting for PC customers.
• Communicate clearly with customers via WhatsApp, email, phone.
• Manage support cases from initial contact through diagnosis, repair, and closure.
• Coordinate warranty and RMA processes with internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed support notes and troubleshooting records.
• Collaborate with technical, production, warehouse, and operations teams.
• Assist with system building and component testing as needed.
