Job summary

Ennovatez Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Deskside/Desktop Support Engineer to deliver End User Computing support to multinational clients. The role requires desktop troubleshooting, AV knowledge, and VIP assistance from its base in Tanjong Pagar.

The candidate should have 3+ years of deskside experience, a degree in CS/IT, and strong communication skills to coordinate with different teams. The position is part-time, with work twice weekly on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 2 End User Computing support with focus on Windows devices.
• Troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues and perform IMAC tasks.
• Handle deskside support, AV equipment, meeting rooms and VIP requests.
• Provide ad hoc duties and after-hours support as needed.
• Maintain asset and peripheral inventory and service desk ticket updates.

Deskside/Desktop Support Engineer

We are looking forexperienced full-time deskside engineer to provide End User Computing or Deskside support to Multinational companies in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities & Requirement:
Primary

• Provide level 2 End User Computing support and well verse in Windows OS
• Good Hardware and software troubleshooting skills for PC.
• Break fix and IMAC support for end user deskside equipment
• Basic troubleshooting skills for IOS and android devices.
• Handles asset and peripherals inventory management.
• Meeting room and AV equipment knowledge.
• Provide smart hands support for networks and servers
• Familiar with Service Desk ticketing systems and process.
• VIP support
• Able to support off hours or require to perform ad hoc duties as and when needed

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
• At least 3 years of IT deskside support experiences.
• A good team player.

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
