Job summary

CPF Board is seeking a Design Lead (Digital Services) to guide a multidisciplinary design team within the Digital Services Division. This 2-year full-time contract role focuses on establishing design standards, coaching designers, and ensuring outcomes meet user needs and organisational priorities.

The role collaborates with product, engineering, business, and operations to deliver accessible, high-quality digital services for Singapore's public sector. Hybrid work in Singapore is available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams delivering user-centred digital products/services.
• Ability to establish and govern design standards, guidelines, and processes at scale.
• Experience coaching, mentoring designers in inclusive, collaborative environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions across diverse groups.
• Knowledge of human-centred design methodologies, accessibility, and design systems.

The Design Lead sits within the Digital Services Division and is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of designers, owning design standards and practice, and ensuring design outcomes align with both user needs and organisational priorities.
