Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking a Design Engineer, Category, to drive the development of innovative Dyson products across Asia. You will move concepts into prototyping, validation and production while coordinating with Singapore-based teams and China partners.

Strong project ownership and hands-on engineering are essential. This role involves frequent regional travel to support design reviews, validation, and manufacturing milestones, working with multidisciplinary Dyson teams, partners, suppliers

Qualifications

• Practical experience in engineering or product development across multiple stages of the product lifecycle.
• Broad exposure to mechanical design, mechatronics, electronics, software, and systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop products and features from concept through design, validation, and production.
• Translate user and technical needs into clear requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
