Job summary

D-TEAM ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an motivated Engineer to join our ACMV/M&E team in Singapore. You will contribute to a variety of projects spanning across facilities, collaborating with seasoned professionals and utilizing the latest technologies.

The role emphasizes technical execution, site supervision, drawing reviews, and coordination with subcontractors to ensure installations meet drawings and local standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering or related field (ACMV/M&E preferred).
• Experience in ACMV / M&E industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of ACMV systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs) and local codes.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD/shop drawing tools.
• Good communicator, able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Executes and supports ACMV project tasks with site coordination.
• Technical execution, site supervision, drawing review.
• Prepare work schedules and material plans.
• Review ACMV drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with subcontractors and site supervisors.
• Prepare material requisitions and track deliveries.
• Conduct daily inspections and ensure installation per drawings.
• Support testing & commissioning activities and prepare reports.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and drawings/materials documentation.
• Track material usage and assist cost estimation.
• Ensure site works meet local codes and standards.
• Report to Senior Engineer / Project Manager.

• Reviews and interprets ACMV drawings/specifications.

• Prepares material requisitions and follows up on delivery.
• Conducts daily inspections; ensures installation per drawings.
• Supports T&C activities and prepares reports.
• Prepares daily/weekly reports and documentation (drawings, materials).
• Tracks material usage and assists with cost estimation
• Ensures site works meet local codes and specifications.
• -Reports to Senior Engineer / Project Manager.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Relevant experience in ACMV / M&E industry is preferred
• Basic knowledge of ACMV systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation fans), equipment sizing, heat loads, and local codes/standards (ASHRAE, Singapore building codes, Green Mark etc).
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD/shop drawing tools
• Good communicator, able to coordinate among multiple stakeholders, proactive, self-driven.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, fast-paced environment, willing to work extended days when required.
