Job summary

WEBUILQ PTE LTD is seeking a BIM Modeller/Drafter to manage end-to-end modeling and drawing production for general building projects in Singapore. You will develop multi‑disciplinary BIM models including Architectural finishes, MEP services, and A&A retrofits, with a focus on coordination, clash resolution, and shop drawings for site execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in architecture, civil/structural, construction management or equivalent.
• 2–4 years local experience in Singapore handling general builder projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks Manage.
• Strong knowledge of local BIM standards and building regulations.
• Ability to read complex architectural grids, structural plans and single-line MEP schematics.

Responsibilities

• Multi-disciplinary modeling across Architectural and MEP disciplines using Revit.
• Interpret as-built drawings and site measurements to overlay new configurations.
• Perform clash detection with Navisworks and prepare CSD/SEM drawings.
• Produce and manage shop drawings, sections, and construction drawings for approvals.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and site team to verify BIM designs match site conditions.

Job description

We are seeking an adaptable and highly precise BIM Modeller / Drafter to manage end-to-end modeling and drawing production for our general building projects. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and execution by developing multi-disciplinary BIM models encompassing Architectural finishes, MEP services, and complex A&A retrofits. Your primary focus will be spatial coordination, clash resolution, and generating construction-ready shop drawings to ensure seamless site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Disciplinary Modeling: Create and update detailed 3D models and 2D shop drawings across Architectural (layouts, elevations, ceilings, finishes) and MEP disciplines (ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary, and Fire Protection) using Autodesk Revit.
• A&A Integration: Interpret as-built drawings, survey data and site measurements to accurately overlay new architectural and MEP configurations onto existing structural elements.
• Clash Coordination: Perform rigorous clash detection using Navisworks. Generate Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and Structural E&M Opening Drawings (SEM) to resolve spatial conflicts before site installation.
• Shop Drawings & Documentation: Produce, update, and manage drawing registers for shop drawings, section details and construction drawings to secure timely approvals from consultants and clients.
• Site Verification: Collaborate directly with Project Managers, Site Engineers and subcontractors to verify that BIM designs match actual site conditions and incorporate variations accurately.
  

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of local experience in Singapore handling General Builder projects that combine structural modifications, interior architectural fits, and MEP installations.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks Manage. Sound knowledge of local BIM standards, Code of Practices (CP) and building regulations.
• Capabilities: Proven ability to read and interpret complex architectural grids, structural plans and single-line MEP schematics simultaneously.
• Attributes: Strong problem-solving mindset for navigating space constraints in A&A environments, with excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
