Airnovation Engineering Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, specializes in coldstores and mechanical ventilation for large logistics projects. The selected candidate will prepare and coordinate detailed drawings and design documents from design through construction to as-built stages, collaborating with Project Engineers and Managers to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You will work with BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit to produce compliant drawings, manage document archives, and support installation plans.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (explicitly stated as requirement).
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare and update drawings and design documents for construction stages using BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit to ensure project accuracy.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers and Project Managers to finalize drawings and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain drafting BIM technologies by staying current with BIM developments relevant to project requirements.

Job Summary

You will prepare and coordinate detailed drawings and design documents from design through construction to as-built stages, collaborating with Project Engineers and Managers to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

• Prepare and update drawings and design documents for preliminary, construction, and as-built stages using BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit to ensure project accuracy
• Collaborate with Project Engineers and Project Managers to coordinate drawing preparation and resolve technical issues
• Maintain technical competency by staying current with drafting and BIM technologies relevant to project requirements
• Plan and manage drawing submissions to meet project deadlines and ensure timely deliveryOrganize and maintain proper softcopy archives of all drawings for easy retrieval and compliance
• Draft detailed installation and construction plans from sketches or notes to support project execution
