Job summary

BUILD BUILT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects, bridging design, builders and clients. You will manage scopes from initiation to close, ensure safety and budget adherence, and maintain strong relationships with all parties on site.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, clear communication, and the autonomy to drive project outcomes within design briefs and regulatory constraints.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in multi-party projects.
• Excellent communication with designers, builders, authorities and clients.
• Ability to plan, monitor and adjust project progress to meet constraints.

Responsibilities

• Motivate people and processes through initiation, planning, control and closing.
• Coordinate works with design team, builders, authorities and clients.
• Plan and mitigate risks during planning stages (safety, build-ability).
• Consult with client and designers during enquiry and programming stages.
• Own administrative processes: contract administration, quotations, budget, payments.
• Understand and sketch design/construction ideas when required.
• Contribute to better project management habits and processes.
