Job summary

KIAN YEO BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects from initiation to completion. You will craft detailed plans, manage scope, timeline, resources and budgets, and ensure projects stay on track.

Responsibilities include coordinating architects, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors while guiding the design team on layouts, material selections, and quality delivery. Strong leadership and budget control are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interpersonal, management and communication skills (strong oral and written).
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing multiple projects.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
• Coordinate the efforts of architects, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the design team on test fitting of layouts and material selections.
• Monitor cash flow projections, ensure payments processed promptly and advised to Client for payment.
• Ensure projects deliver specified results and meet quality expectations.
