Job summary

LE-RENZO PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Relevant experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from planning to completion.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources.
• Manage progress, quality, safety, and cost control.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Monitor site activities for regulatory compliance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and delays.
• Administer contracts, variations, and documentation.
